Note

Chelidonium majus is a herbaceous perennial native to Europe and northern Anatolia. Known in Turkish folk medicine as 'temre otu', its yellow sap has traditionally been used on warts and skin complaints. Because of its alkaloids, internal use requires caution. Yellow flowers open in April–May and attract bees. It can establish itself in the garden on its own.
